2. Wholesale Returns
RANA ASIM operates primarily as a wholesale supplier of women’s T-shirts.
The minimum wholesale order is 200 pieces. Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns are not automatically accepted simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the products, or ordered the wrong quantity, size, colour, or model.
Any return must be requested and approved by RANA ASIM before the products are sent back.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory rights provided to customers under applicable Italian law.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If products arrive:
- Damaged during transportation;
- Defective;
- Incorrectly supplied; or
- Materially different from the confirmed order,
the customer should contact RANA ASIM promptly.
The customer may be asked to provide:
- Order number;
- Description of the problem;
- Quantity affected;
- Photographs or videos showing the issue;
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant.
This information may be required to assess the claim and determine the appropriate solution.
4. Reporting a Problem
Customers should report damaged, defective, or incorrect products as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Failure to report an apparent problem within a reasonable period may make it more difficult to investigate the claim, particularly where the condition of the goods cannot subsequently be verified.
5. Approval Before Return
Do not send products back without contacting RANA ASIM first.
A return will only be accepted after RANA ASIM has reviewed the claim and provided return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense where permitted by law.
6. Condition of Returned Products
Unless the return relates to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, returned products should generally be:
- Unworn;
- Unwashed;
- Unaltered;
- In their original condition;
- Complete with original packaging or labels where applicable.
Products damaged or altered after delivery by the customer may not qualify for a return or refund, subject to mandatory legal rights.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Where RANA ASIM confirms that the products were defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the company will determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

11. Non-Returnable Situations

- Worn or used;
- Washed;
- Altered or modified;
- Damaged after delivery through improper handling;
- Damaged through incorrect storage or care;
- Returned without prior authorization;
- Returned outside the applicable agreed return period.
Products correctly supplied according to the customer’s confirmed wholesale order are generally not returnable solely because the customer has changed their mind.
12. Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Where a delivery problem, additional shipping cost, or failed delivery results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the resulting costs, where permitted by law.
13. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before processing or fulfillment, RANA ASIM will assess whether a refund is applicable based on the status of the order and the applicable commercial and legal conditions.
Orders that have already been processed, prepared, customized, or otherwise committed to fulfillment may be subject to specific cancellation conditions.
